第1条 (利用規約の適用)
Article 1 (Applicability of Terms)
本規約は、「Learn Japanese with Yuka!」（以下「当スクール」）が提供するオンライン日本語レッスンサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスの利用をもって本規約に同意したものとみなされます。当スクールは、必要に応じて本規約の内容を変更することがあり、変更後の規約はサイト上に掲示した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
These Terms and Conditions govern the online Japanese language lessons provided by "Learn Japanese with Yuka!" (hereinafter referred to as "the School"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. The School reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
第2条 (レッスンの予約と支払い)
Article 2 (Booking and Payment)
レッスンの予約は、当サイトの予約システムを通じて行われます。受講料の支払いは、クレジットカードまたはPayPalによる事前決済を原則とします。複数回セットのプラン（パッケージ）の場合、有効期限は初回のレッスンから計算され、期限を過ぎた未消化分については返金致しかねますのでご了承ください。
Lesson reservations must be made through our website’s booking system. In principle, payments must be made in advance via credit card or PayPal. For lesson packages (multi-session plans), the expiration date starts from the date of the first lesson. Please note that no refunds will be provided for any unused sessions after the expiration date.
第3条 (キャンセル・振替ポリシー)
Article 3 (Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy)
レッスンの変更・キャンセルは、レッスン開始時間の24時間前まで無料で受け付けます。24時間を過ぎてからのキャンセル、または無断欠席の場合は、レッスン一回分が消化されたものとみなし、返金や振替は行いません。講師側の都合に よりレッスンが実施できなかった場合は、後日振替レッスンを提供するか、全額返金いたします。

Changes and Cancellations: You may change or cancel your lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations & No-shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson, or failure to attend without notice, will result in the session being counted as completed. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered in these cases.

Instructor’s Convenience: If a lesson is cancelled due to the instructor’s circumstances, we will provide a makeup lesson or a full refund for that session.
第4条 (禁止事項)
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 講師に対する嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷、迷惑行為。
- レッスンの録画・録音データを許可なく第三者に公開する行為。
- 当スクールの承諾なく、本サービスを商用目的で利用する行為。
- 講師の個人的な連絡先を聞き出そうとする行為。
これらの行為が認められた場合、即座に利用を停止し、今後の受講をお断りする場合があります。
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

Harassment, defamation, or any nuisance behavior towards the instructor.

Recording or sharing lesson audio/video data with third parties without permission.

Using the School’s services for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Attempting to obtain the instructor’s personal contact information. The School reserves the right to terminate service and refuse future lessons if any of these actions are identified.
第5条 (個人情報の取り扱い)
Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)
当スクールは、利用者の個人情報をレッスンの提供、連絡、決済の目的のみに利用し、法令に基づく場合を除き、事前の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。お預かりした個人情報は厳重に管理し、漏洩の防止に努めます。個人情報の訂正や削除を希望される場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡 ください。
The School uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing lessons, communication, and payment processing. We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law. We manage all personal information strictly to prevent leakage. If you wish to correct or delete your personal data, please contact us through the inquiry form.

「Learn Japanese with Yuka!」（以下、「当スクール」といいます。）は、本ウェブサイト上で提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

当スクールは、ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際に、氏名、生年月日、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、銀行口座番号、クレジットカード番号などの個人情報をお尋ねすることがあります。また、ユーザーと提携先などとの間でなされたユーザーの個人情報を含む取引記録や決済に関する情報を、当スクールの提携先（情報提供元、広告主、広告配信先などを含みます）などから収集することがあります。
The School may collect personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account details, and credit card numbers when users register for the Service. Additionally, transaction records and payment information—including personal data—made between the user and our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad delivery destinations) may be collected.

当スクールが個人情報を利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。
・レッスンの提供および運営のため
・ユーザーからのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
・ユーザーが利用中のサービスの新機能、更新情報、キャンペーン等および当スクールが提供する他のサービスの案内のメールを送付するため
・メンテナンス、重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため
・利用規約に違反したユーザーや、不正・不当な目的でサービスを利用しようとするユーザーの特定をお断りするため
The School uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

当スクールは、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令で認 められる場合を除きます。
・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
・国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき

※インターネット接続料金、通信料金、および決済にかかる手数料（振込手数料等を選択した場合）はお客様のご負担となります。

予約確定時の事前決済となります。

10. 返品・交換・キャンセル等 (Cancellations & Refunds)：
レッスン開始の24時間前までのキャンセルについては、全額返金または振替が可能です。24時間を過ぎてからのキャンセルや無断欠席については、返金および振替は致しかねます。 ※デジタルコンテンツやサービスという性質上、レッスン提供後の返金には応じられません。

Zoom、Google Meet、またはSkypeを使用します。これらが正常に動作する環境で受講してください。
